Having received a tip off to the Sri Lanka Navy, personnel attached to the special Boat Squadron of the Northern Naval Command and the Coast Guard Department, arrested 9 civilians and a tractor while engaging in illegal sand mining yesterday (07 August).

HE the President commissions new AOPV of SL Navy on ceremonial note
