Holiday Bungalows Dedicated for Naval Personnel Wounded in Action Opened in Diyathalawa
Two Holiday Bungalows dedicated for naval personnel wounded in action were declared open by the Commander of the Navy Vice Admiral Ravindra Wijegunaratne on the invitation of the President Sri Lanka Navy Seva Vanitha Unit Madam Yamuna Wijegunaratne in Diyathalawa on Saturday (30th July).

Uniforms are distributed among women sailors of Navy Seva Vanitha Unit
A ceremony of uniform distribution for the women sailors who work at Naval Pre-schools and Beauty Parlours in SLNS Gemunu, SLNS Tissa and SLNS Dakshina, came about under the patronage of the President of Navy Seva Vanitha Unit (NSVU), Mrs Yamuna Wijegunaratne at the Admiral Somathilaka Dissanayake Auditorium in SLNS Parakrama today (20).

The President of Navy Seva Vanitha Unit visits Naval Preschools in Trincomalee and Welisara
The President of Navy Seva Vanitha Unit (NSVU) Mrs. Yamuna Wijegunaratne paid an observation visit at the Naval Preschool at SLNS Tissa on 4th and 5th June 2016. On the following day (06) she made a similar visit to the Naval Preschool situated at SLNS Gemunu as well.
