Navy Spouces receive certificates for successful completion of beauty culture course
Thirteen (13) Spouces of Naval personnel received certificates for the successful completion of the beauty culture course initiated by a concept of the President of the Navy Seva Vanitha Unit (NSVU), Mrs. Yamuna Wijegunaratne, at the beauty parlour of SLNS Tissa on 13th February.
