Fisherman suddenly fallen with CVA brought ashore by Navy for treatment
Sri Lanka Navy, today (04th May 2020), brought ashore a fisherman who was suddenly fallen sick with Paralysis (Cerebral Vascular Accident) aboard a fishing trawler which had left for deep sea fishing from Beruwala fisheries harbour.

The COVID-19 infected naval person who was under treatment at IDH hospital after being admitted there on 25th April 2020 upon confirmation positive to coronavirus, was discharged from the hospital since he was back to full recovery, on 03rd May 2020.

Navy receives bottled water and water dispensers from Leesons Hospital and Manusath Derana
The Leesons Hospital Pvt Ltd. in collaboration with Manusath Derana donated a stock of bottled water and water dispensers to the Sri Lanka Navy, to be used in programmes which are in place to control the spread of coronavirus in the country.
