Navy becomes overall champ of National Canoe Sprint Championship
Sri Lanka Navy Canoeing Pool emerged with the overall championship and other several positions at the 2nd National Canoe Sprint Championship which worked off on the waters of Diyawannawa on 23rd and 24th April.

Navy successfully concludes the Lifesaving Training Mission in Kilali lagoon
A training mission extended for lifesaving was successfully conducted at Sangupiddi area in the Kilali lagoon by Naval personnel attached to the Special Boat Squadron (SBS), Rapid Action Boat Squadron (RABS) and the Diving Unit of SL Navy in collaboration with the officers and sailors of SLNS Welusumana, on last 24th of April.
