A delegation of China National Defence University visits Southern Naval Command
A delegation of China National Defence University headed by Lieutenant General Ziao Tian Liang who are on an official tour to Sri Lanka visited Southern Naval Command, yesterday (20th June). Upon the arrival, they were received to the Southern Naval Command, according a Guard of Honour in compliance with naval traditions.

Northern Naval Command appreciated in concurrent with World Blood Donor Day
In view of World Blood Donor Day, a felicitation ceremony for blood donors of their yeoman service to the world, was held under the patronage of Ministry of Health, Nutrition and Indigenous Medicine and Sri Lanka Blood Bank, at ‘Nelum Pokuna’ auditorium on 14th June 2018. The blood donors and mobile campaign organizers were felicitated in appreciation of their altruistic endeavours in blood donation.
