The 31st edition of the Sayurusara Magazine which encompasses articles of the naval personnel, was presented to the Commander of the Navy, Vice Admiral Ravindra Wijegunaratne A by the Chief Editor of the magazine Lieutenant Commander Ruwan Premaweera at the Naval Headquarters today (27).
