As yet another phase of the Sri Lanka Navy welfare initiative to grant interest free loans of Rs. 500,000 for navy personnel, another batch of senior sailors were granted interest free loans at a function held at Naval Headquarters’ Admiral Somathilaka Dissanayaka Auditorium today (31).

The bridge which combines Pitabeddara and Siyambalagoda Rotumba, Pasgoda has been congested with debris and wooden logs, from underside, as a result of the flash floods and hampered the downstream of water.
