Person apprehended for transferring sea sand without permit
Naval personnel attached to the Eastern Naval Command in coordination with officials of the Kalawanchikudah Police arrested a suspect who was transferring sea sand without valid permit, in the general area of Kaludaweli yesterday (06th January).
