'Armed Forces Remembrance Day Commemoration Ceremony - 2021' at Cenotaph War Memorial, Viharamahadevi Park
The main event to commemorate war veterans who paid the supreme sacrifice for the freedom of Motherland, at 'Armed Forces Remembrance Day Commemoration Ceremony', was held at the Cenotaph War Memorial of the Viharamahadevi Park today (14th November 2021). The dignified ceremony presided over by Defence Secretary, General (Retd) Kamal Gunaratne was attended by Commander of the Navy, Vice Admiral Nishantha Ulugetenne.
