Navy unearths water gel sticks in Vankalai lagoon

Naval personnel, during a search conducted in and around Vankalai lagoon, Mannar on 12^th July 2019 managed to unearth several water gel sticks.

Accordingly, a team of naval personnel attached to the North Central Naval Command whilst conducting a search operation, recovered these buried water gel sticks in Vankalai lagoon area. Among the recovered items are 05 water gel sticks, 05 non electric detonators and a 06 inches long safety fuse.
