A group of naval personnel attached to the Northwestern Naval Command in coordination with the officials of Police Narcotics Bureau (PNB) of Puttalam apprehended a person with 4.25kg of Kerala cannabis, during a raid conducted in Kuringanpitiya area, Kalpitiya yesterday (03rd May).
