A troop of Naval personnel attached to the North Western Naval Command, recovered a banned nylon net during a patrol carried out at Serakkuliya sea area in Kalpitiya, today (19th March).

SLNS Sagara leaves for Malaysia to participate in LIMA-2019

Three (03) persons arrested for engaging in illegal fishing
A group of naval personnel attached to the Northwestern Naval Command, during patrol in the sea area of Palliyawatta in Kalpitiya, arrested 03 persons for engaging in illegal fishing using unauthorized nets, without a valid license yesterday (18th March).
