Navy Civil servant awarded colours as Best Athlete at State Services Athletics
Sri Lanka Navy’s Civil servant Mr. EM Jayawardena who is attached to the Electrical Department of SLN Dockyard was awarded as the Best Athlete of State Services Athletics 2017.
