SLN Inter-command Triathlon Tournament 2018
 

Sri Lanka Navy Inter-command Triathlon Tournament 2018 which commenced at the Dikovita fisheries harbour premises came to a close at the Club House, Uswetakeiyawa today (03 March). A large number of athletes representing all naval commands took part in the tournament in which IMB Wickramasinghe of the Training Command became the champion in the male category. Meanwhile, MHAR Chathurangi of same command became the winner in the female category. Accordingly, the Training Command clinched the overall championship in the tournament.

Rear Admiral Nishantha Ulugetenna who is due to assume the office as Commander Western Naval Area graced the awards ceremony as the Chief Guest. A large number of officers and sailors attached to the Western Naval Command were also present on this occasion.
