Sri Lanka Coast Guard life savers deployed at Lifesaving Posts Mirissa and Hikkaduwa, rescued two foreigners and one Sri Lankan who were being dragged out by the waves at sea off Mirissa and Hikkaduwa beaches at two separate locations yesterday (13).
