Interest free loans worth Rs. 500,000 granted to differently abled war heroes
The Sri Lanka Navy granted an interest free loan worth Rs. 500,000 each, to 10 differently abled sailors who retired from service due to injuries sustained in action.

Ten Indian fishermen arrested for poaching in Sri Lankan waters
The Sri Lanka Navy assisted the Sri Lanka Coast Guard to arrest 10 Indian fishermen along with 2 Indian fishing trawlers poaching in Sri Lankan waters Northwest and North of Delft Island last evening (4).
