“NANGURAMA” the annual publication of Sri Lanka Naval Association is offered to Commander of the Navy
This year’s edition (2016) of the annual magazine “NANGURAMA”, published by the Sri Lanka Naval Association, was offered to Commander of the Navy, Vice Admiral Ravindra Wijegunaratne by the Chairman of the Naval Association, Captain (Retd) Ashoka Wijegunawardena at the Naval Headquarters today (7).

Launching of “Thani Mansale” song collection
A song collection titled “Thani Mansale” written and sung by Lieutenant Commander Mahinda Kuruppuge was launched and the first CD of the collection was offered to Commander of the Navy, Vice Admiral Ravindra Wijegunaratne at the Naval Headquarters on 30th June 2016.

A consignment of Kerala Ganja apprehended in Kalpitiya
Naval Intelligence personnel rendered their assistance to the troops of Police Special Task Force in Puttalam to arrest a consignment of 100 kgs Kerala Ganja while transferring by a cab in the general area of Mohoththuwaram in Kalpitiya yesterday (6).
