Seventeen officers are commissioned at Naval and Maritime Academy
Twelve naval officers belonging to the 2016 First Direct Entry Intake and another five Service Entry officers were commissioned at a colourful passing out ceremony held at the main parade ground of the Naval and Maritime Academy in Trincomalee today (30) on completion of their training. Commander Eastern Naval Area, Rear Admiral Travis Sinniah graced the occasion as the Chief Guest and took the salute.
