Commander of the Navy declares open NSV Computer Training Centre at SLNS Shilpa
The Commander of the Navy, Vice Admiral Ravindra Wijegunaratne declared open the Navy Seva Vanitha Computer Training Centre at SLNS Shilpa on 08th December 2015 at the invitation of the President of the Navy Seva Vanitha Unit, Mrs. Yamuna Wijegunaratne.
