The Commander of the Navy, Vice Admiral Ravindra Wijegunaratne, calling on the Prime Minister, Hon. Ranil Wickremasinghe at the Lighthouse Hotel in Galle, conveyed his deep appreciation for his gracious presence at the Galle Dialogue 2015 international maritime conference and delivering its keynote address which set the stage for the deliberations, adding depth to the content and enhancing the stature of the conference.
