Commander of the Navy declares open a new wardroom building for Eastern Naval Command wardroom
The Commander of the Navy Vice Admiral Jayantha Perera declared open the newly-constructed building for the Eastern Naval Command wardroom in Trincomalee on 27th June 2015.
