Commander of the Navy lays foundation stone for NSVU-funded sailors' holiday bungalow
At the invitation of the President of the Navy Seva Vanitha Unit (NSVU), Mrs. Shalika Perera, the Commander of the Navy, Vice Admiral Jayantha Perera, laid the foundation stone for the sailors’ holiday bungalow at the Welisara Naval Complex on 09th March 2015 amidst the blessings of the Maha Sangha.
