German Deputy Defence Attaché calls on Commander of the Navy

The Deputy Defence Attache of the German High Commission in Sri Lanka, Lieutenant Colonel Carsten Hoelscher paid a courtesy call on Commander of the Sri Lanka Navy, Vice Admiral Ravindra Wijegunaratne at the Naval Headquarters, Colombo today (31). They held cordial discussions on matters of mutual interest and bilateral importance. Mementos were also exchanged as a gesture of goodwill.
